A Small Owner Operator Shop
Being able to speak directly with the technician that will be working on your bike is unusual at most shops. In this case, it’s the only option.
Most people really like that, although- it means you usually have to leave a message.
I like to give a machine my undivided attention. If it was your valve job,.. I’m sure you wouldn’t want me stopping mid cam install to answer the phone =)
